Peripheral Products has been selling the Network Appliance filers and backup solutions for over five years. We supply turnkey installations on all products we sell. A salesman will do an assessment of the customer's application and determine the best software and hardware products required to meet the customer's needs. If the customer determines he wants a turnkey installation, an installation engineer will call and take a survey of all the products to be installed, verify the current revision levels, and compile a statement of work that will be signed off by both the installation engineer and the customer. This is to ensure that expectations are both set and met during the installation. It is important to note that O/S revision levels of software and hardware must be determined on all products to be installed and, in some cases, products currently onsite. The "statement of work" must be signed off by the customer before we feel the installation is complete.
